The Community Advocacy Scholarship Program is designed to promote the voices of High School Seniors and their philosophies on social, civil, and economical ideas and changes within the Community.

The Program inspires a sense of purpose and inclusion for the future leaders of our community by normalizing advocacy and interaction with City, County, and School District leadership.

James Sills created the Community Advocacy Scholarship Program to increase Young Adult involvement in the Community as they seek positive social, civil, and/or economical change. Mr. Sills, a recent community advocate himself, understands the complexities and dynamics to navigate through City Councils, County Commissioner Courts, and District School Boards to create change in the local community. Mr. Sills, along with local Community leaders acting as Mentors, will refine and champion these Young Adult's causes to create a future they will help define.
